Shortilisted as one of the finalists of the Dubai City Scape Leisure & Hospitality Awards this is a 4 stars resort (300+ keys) located in Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE. Architecturally Designed by JT & Partners, one of the emerging architectural firm of the UAE, while the structural design has been done by one of our engineers that has taken care of obtaining all the required authorization from the RAK Municipality.

The structure is a Reinforced Concrete Structure characterized by a cantilever edge of 6 m and also from a triple height hall with slender columns. Other parts of structural interest are the steel canopy at the lobby entrance, even this cantilevering, with some threads and also some architectural features in the pool side. This project was completed as part of the team, prior to the establishment of Re-New Engineering and Energy Solutions.
